Bruce Watkins
BAgSci, Grad Dip Agribus, CMC, MIMC, GAICD
Bruce has worked as a business coach, mentor and trusted adviser to Managing Directors, business owners and advisory boards of small and medium sized businesses since 1998, when he jointly established Genesis Business Advisers. He has extensive experience in change management, the development of high performing teams, business process improvement and managing business performance using relevant KPIs. He has been an active member of Curtin University’s Centre for Entrepreneurship’s mentoring team since 1996, with whom he has mentored over 80 business owners and managers. He is enthusiastic about helping business owners and managers realise their goals and to achieve the necessary work/life balance that will sustain a growing business. Bruce has held a number of board positions on corporate and not-for-profit organisations and is an active member of many corporate leadership teams. Prior to establishing Genesis, Bruce held a number of roles with a national agribusiness firm, including state General Manager and Technical Marketing Manager. Bruce’s skills include:

Glenn Taylor
BEng (Aero), Grad Dip Mgt, CMC, MIMC, GAICD
Glenn Taylor has extensive consulting experience mentoring and coaching Managing Directors and business owners in business process improvement, human resource management, quality management and change management. Projects have ranged from organisation specific up to an industry and nation-wide project (involving over 800 organisations). Glenn is a presenter and senior mentor of the Curtin University Centre for Entrepreneurship's Growth program, through which he has coached over 100 business owners to develop and grow their business. Glenn also provides training course development and coaching on various topics – examples include leadership and management, change management, customer service, financial management and continuous quality improvement. Glenn has qualifications in engineering and management and held numerous management positions in the RAAF. He understands the complexities and challenges of managing organisations/businesses, and prides himself on being able to provide advice and guidance that makes a real difference.
